| Bodenmais offers holiday guests everything for a relaxing or even for an active holiday. Every season Bodenmais offers a wide range of activities, attractions. Untouched nature, beautiful hiking trails and interesting cycle paths, will amaze everyone, make your vacation experience. In 1904, the master brewer Johann Leutner built a brewery in Bodenmais. However, the beverage delivery alone was not very tolerable. Then when the first guests from Saxony to Bode maize (KDF), Advanced Johann Leutner his brewery came to another building, where he equipped rooms and a ballroom. The brewery was finally abandoned after the war. The hotel in its present form established Johann Leutners son Michael Leutner and his wife Rosa.
